In a corner of the city, “Yima” emerges like the first light of dawn. The name derives from the Japanese word “いま” (ima), meaning “this moment,” symbolizing our dedication to the freshest ingredients.
The galloping horse in our logo embodies our commitment to lead the way, journeying through the seasons to source the freshest delicacies and delivering them straight to your table in an instant.
