在城市的一隅，「亦馬」如曙光初現
品牌名源自日文「いま」，意為「此刻」，象徵我們對新鮮食材的堅持，以及把握每一瞬間的美味初心。
奔馬之姿，穿越四季，只為尋覓最對時的珍饈
LOGO中的奔馬，代表我們一馬當先、奔馳於四時更迭之中，將最新鮮的食材即刻呈上。
一鍋湯，承載來自大地的自然回甘
火鍋的靈魂，在於那一口來自土地的湯頭，我們堅信最好的滋味，應該是最自然的。
